• Boardroom Experience: Stefani currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (NASDAQ: WHLR), Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX), and Axos Bank. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Braemar Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: BHR). These roles have given her the privilege of helping shape decisions on corporate governance, executive leadership, and strategic direction for organizations with up to $24 billion in assets.
• Leadership Roles: As an Independent Director of publicly traded companies, Stefani has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Board Chairman, Lead Independent Director, and Committee Chair. She collaborates with CEOs to navigate pivotal moments, including executive transitions and portfolio realignments.
